Quick switch from other host. Good helpdesk, which gives you the right hints when something doesn't seem to be working. The tips make you think for yourself, so you understand faster what you did wrong.

After yet another price increase at my previous host, I made the switch to Site. I haven't regretted it for a moment. Before the switch I was able to contact customer service with my questions and moving my domain name was very smooth and fast. Actually, I like everything better. The user interface etc. is easier than with my previous host. Highly recommended for everyone!
